TOVA QDRO and Retirement Valuators ("TOVA," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit tovaretirement.com or contact us through this site, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.

What we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit our intake form (powered by JotForm), email us, or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, phone number, plan or case details, and any documents you attach.

Information your browser sends. Like most websites, our hosting platform (WP Engine) records standard server log data including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data helps us diagnose technical issues.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, Google Analytics 4 records aggregated, anonymized usage data (which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, general geographic region). We never see your name, email, or specific identity through analytics. IP addresses are anonymized.

Essential cookies. A small number of cookies are required for the site to function (security, page caching, your cookie-consent choice). These are not optional.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or rent any visitor data to third parties.
• We do not use ad-targeting cookies (no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no remarketing networks).
• We do not collect retirement account numbers, social security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through this website. When such information is required for a case, we receive it through secure email or document delivery directly, not through the public website.

How we use the information you give us

If you submit the intake form or email us about a case, we use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide retirement division services.
• Communicate with you and (where applicable) opposing counsel about the case.
• Maintain our internal case records as required by our professional practice.

We do not use intake information for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

How long we keep information

We retain intake and case-related communications for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required by our document-retention policies and applicable law. We retain anonymous analytics data only for the period configured in Google Analytics 4 (typically 14 months).

You may request deletion of your intake information at any time by emailing denisa@tovaretirement.com. We will remove the requested information unless we are required by law or active litigation to retain it.

Third-party services we use

• JotForm hosts our intake form. By submitting the form, you also agree to JotForm's privacy policy.
• WP Engine hosts the website and stores server logs.
• Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent) records anonymized usage data.
• Microsoft 365 receives the email you send to addresses ending in @tovaretirement.com.
• LinkedIn is where our "Settlements Done Right" newsletter is published. If you click through to LinkedIn from this website, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

We do not control how these third parties use data once it leaves our systems. Each operates under its own published privacy terms.

Your choices

• Refuse analytics: click "Essential Only" on our cookie banner. You can also clear your browser cookies at any time to revoke a prior "Accept All" choice.
• Opt out of email follow-up: reply with "unsubscribe" to any TOVA communication, or email denisa@tovaretirement.com directly.
• Request your data: email denisa@tovaretirement.com and we will provide a copy of what we have on file.
• Request deletion: email denisa@tovaretirement.com. We will remove the data subject to legal-retention obligations.

Children

This website is intended for divorce attorneys and their clients. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will also be summarized in our newsletter.
